1 Scope of Services

RBSS provides virtual business support services including:

The exact scope, responsibilities, working hours, and deliverables will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before the start of any engagement.

2 Service Engagement & Onboarding

  • Services commence only after confirmation, onboarding, and receipt of initial payment (if applicable).
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access credentials, tools, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals from the client may affect service timelines.

3 Dedicated Resource Model

  • Resources assigned by RBSS are dedicated to the client as per the agreed working hours.
  • All team members work under internal supervision and performance monitoring.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances, RBSS may provide a replacement resource with minimal disruption.

4 Payment & Billing

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed pricing plan and billing cycle.
  • All invoices are payable on or before the due date.
  • Failure to clear payments on time may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are settled.

5 Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • RBSS maintains strict confidentiality of all client data and business information.
  • Our team members follow internal confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
  • Clients are advised to share access only to necessary systems and data required for service delivery.

6 Performance & Quality Assurance

  • RBSS follows structured quality checks, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Service optimization is a continuous process based on feedback and performance tracking.
  • Service outcomes depend on clear communication and cooperation from both parties.

7 Communication & Reporting

  • Communication will be maintained through agreed channels such as email, chat, or calls.
  • Periodic updates and reports will be shared based on the service agreement.
  • Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback to improve efficiency.

8 Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the service with prior notice as per the agreed terms.
  • All outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.
  • Fees paid for partially used service periods are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9 Limitation of Liability

  • RBSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our responsibility is limited strictly to the scope of services agreed upon.
  • Business decisions and final outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.

10 Changes to Terms

RBSS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
